In Week 2, you assessed the CEO’s and leader’s philosophy of the organization, proposed a goal alignment with CSR, and designed a new Mission Statement. In the final assignment, you will evaluate the leadership issues impacting to the organization, develop a plan and summarize your findings.
Tasks:
Evaluate leadership issues affecting the organization.
- Analyzed categories from the Hogan Assessment Leadership Profile (i.e., Challenge, The Engagement Leader, EQ, and Values) and developed an actionable leadership plan.
- Design a sample compensation package linked to the leadership plan.
- Defend key recommendations to be provided to the CEO based on your assessment of the organization.
